Please read our warranty and returns policy as set out below CAREFULLY before ordering from our site or our other market mechanisms. By purchasing a product from us you agree to the terms of our policies as set out below. If you disagree with our terms, please do not order from us. All products sold by myPinballs Electronics including all new replacement Pinball boards and all Custom Software Kits, Firmware and Software Upgrades are bound by the terms and conditions set out below. myPinballs Electronics provides all products in a fully tested and working state unless specifically noted before shipping.

All products come with a no DOA warranty. A further 30 days is given for operation of new pinball pcbs if installed into an already working and tested game. Pinball machines are complex electronic devices and the cause of faults can be many things. Any board installed into a game of unknown condition, or if the items specificed in a products included documentation are NOT followed exactly, the warranty will be IMMEDIATELY VOIDED. All products come with lifetime email support for issues if an original purchaser and can always be repaired for a cost should they need so.
All products can be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a FULL refund. After the 14 days products cannot be returned unless agreed directly with myPinballs Electronics. This is on a case by case basis. Any products returned will carry a 15% original value (minimum 50) restocking fee. Any international parcels that require import duties or VAT to be paid on return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. All international returns must be marked as RETURNED GOODS with ZERO commerical value clearly on the documentation.
Unfortuntaely in the current world climate as of 2021 onwards, no guarantee for shipping times is accepted by myPinballs Electronics. myPinballs Elctronics will endeavour to ship all items using a reliable tracked service and endeavour that goods arrive in a timely mannor. However, if delays are caused by factors outside of myPinballs Electronics control, such as BREXIT related distruption and or COVID 19 related distruption then any return or warranty period is voided as per the terms above. The receipt of a tracking number or update from a courier signifies the completion of the transaction and sale.
myPinballs Electronics fills in all VAT/TAX export paperwork stating the FULL value of prodcuts ordered. There are NO exceptinos to this. myPinballs Electronics will not undervalue any prodcuts, or write lower values on export paperwork. ALL charges at import into destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer will be billed accordingly. myPinballs Electronics will use courrier services to collect and any TAX/VAT due for the country in which the goods are imported. Shipping charges are not usually included in the VAT/TAX calcuaitons, but if for any reason they are, myPinballs Electronics takes no responsibility for why or how they were added. All TAX/VAT import charges and handling is transferred to the courier once the shipping label is created at myPinballs Electronics HQ.
